Chiara Foppa Pedretti

About me

My name is Chiara Foppa Pedretti. Growing up, I wanted to be a palaeontologist. ūü¶Ė

Then, I realized I loved learning languages and took that study path. I still like to talk about dinosaurs, and now I can do so in 6 languages.

If translating song lyrics for friends doesn’t count, I’ve been working as a translator since 2007, first as an intern at an agency and then as a freelancer. With a family tradition of technical and industry-related professions, when word of mouth among satisfied customers led me to work in the world of surface treatments, coatings, and design, I decided to put my communication and language skills at its full service.

I’ve already helped dozens of small and medium-sized enterprises and marketing agencies to translate their content so that their message hit the nail on the head. To sell more. To improve their business. To close a deal. To spread their environmental, social and governance plans.

Now colors, materials, and finishes are my cup of tea. ‚ėē
